!! Here's why: Part 1: Meeting Judi, Becoming a Home Owner for the First Time, Finding the Perfect Place, and Saving Money I met Judi Heinz in 2016. I was just beginning graduate school and commuting one hour to school and work. I wanted to move closer to school and work. I also wanted to explore home ownership for the first time. I didn't have a lot of time on my hands and really couldn't keep enduring the commutes (spending almost two hours in the car each day). I started exploring on Zillow and found a property that was perfect for me, but I had very limited time to attend showings and I had a lot of questions. Within an hour of contacting Judi, she got in contact with me and worked with my schedule! When I met Judi, she immediately made me feel comfortable, as I could ask her ANYTHING and she'd give me all the facts and resources I needed. She is very accessible and reliable. I really felt like becoming a home owner was easy because Judi quickly sent me any resources that I needed. She helped me learn about interest rates and banks and more. In my memory, the process from making an offer to moving in was swift. I became a home owner; I was able to save money on living expenses with the added benefit of free time; and I was focus on school and work, and enjoy a short commute! Part 2: Judi again! I Was Ready to Sell! I loved living at my condo for three years, and then I switched jobs. When I thought about selling my condo, I had lots of questions (best asking price, what I should fix, and more). Judi again was right there by my side. She is incredibly organized and on top of things. She provided me with information before I even knew I needed it! She scheduled everything based on my schedule, helped create a plan, and always tried to make everything simple for me. Because of Judi's expertise, my condo had six offers on the first day it was listed! I was able to get counter offers that were higher than my asking price! I was very happy with the process! Judi was just as thrilled as I was when I accepted an offer! Now everything is done, and I have to say that becoming a condo owner and selling a property were some of the best financial decisions I have made.
